Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policy
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of reservation form, and are held for up to 14 days, by which time the deposit of 40% of the total trip value is due. The balance is payable 60 days before arrival. 25% of the total trip is non-refundable, and Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended. The balance of the trip cost is refundable, with written notice up to 40 days before arrival, after which no refunds can be issued. Upon written request at least 40 days prior to arrival, trips may be transferred to a later date, depending on availability. We cannot be held responsible for inclement weather or forest fires which may affect helicopter availability, in which case every effort would be made to find alternative transport.
